Web Researcher: 2 to 3 hours per month

Conduct web searches on poverty, healthcare, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, etc., in Africa and globally and summarize results for posting / updating Aid Africa's Children web posting and presentations.

Assistant Treasurer or Bookkeeper: 3 to 5 hours per month

Working collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Global Treasurer, USA and Africa-based partners: Compile, analyze and report monthly financials.

Project Managers: 10 to 20 hours per month

Work collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Board of Directors, USA and Africa-based partners.  May require self-funded, tax deductible travel to Africa.

Identify, initiate, plan, execute [monitor & control], and closeout projects which may include Fundraising in the US or via the web. Supporting / enhancing African small businesses startup, productivity and profitability. Infrastructure enhancement such as building and equipping schools and libraries in Africa, drilling boreholes [fresh water wells], etc.

Grant Researcher: 5 to 10 hours per month

Work collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Board of Directors, USA and Africa-based partners on identifying available grants to fund organizational goals


Grant Writer: 5 to 20 hours per month

Work collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Board of Directors, USA and Africa-based partners on writing grants to fund organizational goals


Public Relations Assistant: 5 to 10 hours per month

Work collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Board of Directors and Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations on developing value-added relationships with local, regional, national and international media [print, radio, TV, etc.], politicians and celebrities.


Marketing Assistant: 5 to 10 hours per month

 Work collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Board of Directors and Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations on developing effective messaging, print materials and media spots.Corresponding Secretary Assistant: 5 hours per month· Work collaboratively with Aid Africa’s Children Board of Directors, Officers and Corresponding Secretary on mailings.

Must be physically located in Africa, must be fluent in English language, must have reliable internet and phone access, and within reasonable driving / transportation distance of projects [currently Johannesburg / Pretoria and surrounding area]:

Project Managers, Africa-based: 10 to 20 [or more] hours per month  

  •    Work collaboratively with Aid Africa's Children Board of Directors and USA Project Managers
